The house is located on a street with no outlet and the second pool in the complex is one cottage away. The beach is approximately a two
block walk from the house. It is located in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood.
This home is located six miles from the westernmost tip of Fort Morgan. Fort Morgan is a historical site where fought during the Civil
War. The ferry departs from Fort Morgan and arrives in Fort Gaines (Dauphin Island), daily.
The marina is located four miles from the home. A state owned public launch is located at the Fort, along with a wonderful fishing and
crabbing pier.
Two restaurants are located within five miles of the home, yet the area is residential. The landscape is not busy with condominiums. No condos can be
