There is adequate parking for three cars and/or a boat. A butane grill is furnished for your convenience.
The house is located on a street with no outlet and the and the beach is approximately a half block walk from the house. It is located in a quiet, family oriented
neighborhood.
This home is located two miles from the westernmost tip of Fort Morgan. Fort Morgan is a historical site where fought during the Civil War. The ferry departs
from Fort Morgan and arrives in Fort Gaines (Dauphin Island), daily.
The marina is located approximately 4 blocks from the home. A state owned public launch is located at the Fort, along with a wonderful fishing and crabbing
pier.
Two restaurants are located within five miles of the home, yet the area is residential. The landscape is not busy with condominiums. No condos can be seen from the home.
